Website terms & product status
HYIBO is currently a founder-led R&D project in Private Alpha. This website presents the direction, verifiable progress and partnership routes. It does not represent a public product release and is not investment, legal, medical or other professional advice.

1. 产品状态
macOS 仅为内部 Alpha；Web 正在开发；iOS、Android 和 Windows 为规划状态。除非发布清单同时提供真实安装包、版本、完整性校验和必要签名，否则任何按钮都不是公开下载承诺。
2. 性能与验证
HYIBO 不宣称 Hybrid-L 已经提高模型准确率，也不把名义尺寸、概念图或内部实验计划表述为经过 Ground Truth 验证的结果。
3. 合作邮件
发送邮件、加入访问名单或讨论合作不自动形成合同、投资承诺、采购订单、保密协议或其他法律义务。正式承诺必须由相关方另行书面确认。
4. 知识产权
网站文字、品牌、界面、图形和未公开研发材料的相关权利由其合法权利人保留。公开访问不等于授予复制、训练、转售或披露未公开材料的许可。
5. 变更与正式条款
研发状态会变化。商业发布、账户、付费、下载或正式公司结构上线前，将补充适用的完整条款、责任边界和法律审查。

1. Product status
macOS is internal alpha only; Web is in development; iOS, Android and Windows are planned. No button is a public-download promise unless the release manifest includes a real artifact, version, integrity verification and required signing.
2. Performance and validation
HYIBO does not claim that Hybrid-L has improved model accuracy, and it does not present nominal dimensions, concept graphics or experiment plans as ground-truth-validated results.
3. Partnership email
Sending email, joining an access list or discussing collaboration does not automatically create a contract, investment commitment, purchase order, non-disclosure agreement or other legal obligation. Formal commitments require separate written confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in website copy, brand assets, interface design, graphics and non-public R&D materials remain with their lawful owners. Public access does not grant permission to reproduce, train on, resell or disclose non-public materials.
5. Changes and final terms
Development status can change. Complete commercial terms, liability boundaries and legal review will be added before public accounts, payment, downloads or a formal corporate launch.
