The current HYIBO website has no product sign-in, upload, payment, public installer or on-site contact form. This notice covers the public website and work-email contact only. Data boundaries for any private product evaluation should be agreed separately before use.

The site source contains no advertising tracker, behavioral analytics script, third-party font or on-site contact form. The site does not ask you to create a product account or upload work material.
2. Basic operational records
Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs needed to operate the site. That infrastructure may handle those records under its own terms.
3. Email contact
Contact links open your own mail app. Information you choose to send may be used to assess, answer and follow up the inquiry. You may reply to the original email to request correction or deletion.
4. Private product evaluation
This website notice is not a data agreement for a product evaluation. Before any private evaluation begins, the environment, allowed material, external services, retention period, access and deletion method should be agreed.
5. Sensitive information and contact
Do not send passwords, keys, full identity documents, unsolicited health information or other highly sensitive material to the public work inbox. Use “Privacy” or “Security” in the subject for related questions.
